Sweetgrass Court is an Alzheimer's Memory Care senior living community.  

At Sweetgrass Court, our unique approach to caring for residents with Alzheimer’s or memory loss includes helping each person continue to engage in activities and with others to rediscover skills and interests, and to reach their highest potential at that moment. 

At Sweetgrass Court  we offer "Revelations," a program that celebrates life through rediscovery. Revelations focuses on celebrating the spirit within each resident through Montessori-style activities that keep them engaged and help them rediscover the joy in everyday life.  Activities are designed to promote cognitive, sensory, creative and physical skills. Each staff member receives intensive training specifically in Alzheimer’s care.

We also provide daily living assistance and the coordination of any necessary medical care. We assess each resident -- with their family -- prior to move-in and regularly thereafter, to determine the level and type of care needed.
