Sweetgrass Court is an Alzheimer's Memory Care senior living community.  We have 38 residences, so our staff gets to know each resident and their family on a personal basis. Our staff is dedicated to our life engagement philosophy of the social, psychological, spiritual and physical well being of every individual.

We are located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, just minutes away from East Cooper Regional Medical Center, Queensborough shopping center, museums and local attractions such as the Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum.

Sweetgrass Court Memory Care Community offers a full range of services for our residents. Apartments are rented month-to-month, with no buy-in or lease fees are required. Residents can choose from semi-private, private, or deluxe private apartments. Personal Assistance Care services are available in addition to our basic services, and we assess each resident before he or she moves in -- and regularly thereafter -- to see what level of care will be needed, and to make sure we meet each person's unique needs.

Along with our full-time residences, we offer a Respite Program which provides the caregiver or family an opportunity for a break.
